Daniel J. Gerken

Dan lives in Castle Pines with Gina, his wife, and their son Adam, who attends Rock Canyon High School. Max, their older son attends Colorado College and is a 2008 graduate of Douglas County High School.

Dan is Chairman & Co-Founder of Gerken Taxman Interests, Inc. ("GTI"), a commercial real estate investment and development company. GTI has acquired or developed over $60 Million of office and multi-family real estate during its 20-year history.  Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree, Economics, Stanford University; Masters of Business Administration, UCLA; Recipient: John M. Olin Fellowship in Public Policy; Recipient: Wittenberg Livingston Fellowship in Real Estate Development. Dan served as a Douglas County Co-Chairman of the Mitt Romney for President campaign and has been a volunteer driver at the Castle Rock Senior Center.
